I have been going to Bodyworks Physiotherapy in Marbella on and off for several years for different issues. I have always found that I was looked after with a great deal of knowledge and provided with a quick and accurate diagnosis. I was given exercises to do at home in addition to the treatment. This reduced the number of sessions and saved me some money 🙂 but but it also gave better results. I highly recommend this practice in Marbella

Fantastic clinic! Estelle Mitchell might have saved my life! I was there in October 2019 for a thermography photos. Estelle asked a lot of question so she had everything on paper to make the right conclusions.
Estelle saw that there was a dark red area in my breast what didn’t look good. She advised me to get a mammography and an echo to take a better look. Turned out I had breast cancer, a tumor of 11 cm in my breast. I’m still in treatment at the moment and I’m so great full for this amazing woman who found this out after I had complained about pain in the area and not feeling well to my doctors in Holland who waved me away an denied that I’ve been there with
problems in that area. Thank you so much for your help Estelle! I’m so great full!

Professional and friendly. The team at Body Works really are amazing. In 2018, a friend recommended I see Estelle. I had suffered chronic back and hip pain for years. Any nerves I felt disappeared within seconds of entering. The warm welcoming smiles as I entered reception and professionalism put me at ease straight away. Estelle was marvelous, she diagnosed my problem and after a short course of treatment with her and some great advice I was as good as new. Bodyworks clinic is home to many different types of therapy including colonic irrigation, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, cranial manipulation, massage treatments, food allergy testing and so much more. This is the perfect place to go to heal mind and body. Highly recommended.

This is how a business should be run. Exceptional customer service from the front desk and Estelle. Estelle has the knowledge of how to help me with my lower back pain. Exceptional modern state of the art equipment and a very relaxed application of the extensive knowledge and experience builds confidence and you even get instructions on how to manage your condition and boost recovery once home. Even helped me get a Taxi when I was let down twice!! I’ve used Estelle before and today and certainly will again. If you have need of their services I’d highly recommend them 5/5 isn’t actually a high enough score so it’s a 7 out of 5 from me!

This business is something else! We were given a referee from a friend and it was good that we got it! Not only did Estelle solve my problems, she solved my neighbours and my husband! She is thorough and explains things in such detail - which is great when your memory isn’t great! Happy to record the conversation and take video/photos or make notes on how to fix your problem! You will likely find the solution to the majority of problems - I think arthritis is one of the few - but please don’t quote me on that! If you need a personalised response I’m happy for Estelle to give out my number!

We started the session with an extensive chat with Estelle going through the different issues/worries we had. Followed by a physical exam. At all times she took her time, and made sure that both us and our daugther understood her.
She showed patience with our daughter (10yr) throughout the session and took her time to explain the exercises.
Always showing a big smile and felt more like having a chat with an acquitance than going to a medical appointment.

I visited the Bodyworks Health Clinic for the first time yesterday and I wanted to share that I felt very safe and supported throughout the process.
